We want you to be fully satisfied with your MAAP gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures you get back on the bike as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of arrival.
